Above you can see proud members of TRI’s Community Care Access Team, Janeen, Christine and Julie with our Third Party Verification Certificate and our Aged Care Quality Agency Report. These very important pieces of paper are your assurance that the Nepean Community Care Support Service meets the NSW Disability Service Standards and the National Home Care Standards!
Eirlys and Philip first contacted TRI’s Volunteer Solutions Team when they responded to an advertised volunteer role assisting Coordinator Joan Bruce prepare for the days meals, at the Hawkesbury Community Kitchen. The Kitchen serves morning tea and lunch four days a week, and an evening meal five days a week, to people who are experiencing homelessness or disadvantage.
Philosophers go to high places to be inspired. The TRiSTARS may not be philosophers but they are cutting edge innovators who just spent two highly productive days in the Blue Mountains designing a business model for advancing digital literacy, volunteering solutions and online communications.
What our Clients say
…thank you both for your excellent presentations at today’s workshop – Grief & Loss and Accidental Counselling. The messages you imparted were very well constructed, presented and delivered in a most professional and thoughtful manner.
There were many very positive comments from the Volunteers after you left and discussions continued during the remainder of the lunch. There was much reflection on past incidents and how to deal with future events should they occur. Additionally, the Volunteers liked your relaxed, non pedagogical and interactive approach.
“I will always remember the help you gave me in my time of need when I hit so many brick walls”
“I would like to thank you personally for the efforts you have gone to trying to help us find care solutions for [my father]; it was his wish not to go onto a nursing home”
Blacktown Community Transport Inc contracted TRI Community Exchange to develop its website. The experience was an extremely positive one. The website was created with ease and the service and support we received was second to none.
I would have no hesitation recommending TRI to any organisation wishing to develop their website.
TRI Community Exchange has a rare and valuable skill in developing and distributing high quality eNews. Since we partnered with them for the Parramatta and Funding eNews, we have far exceeded our goal to provide a regular eNews for the Parramatta community facilitating cross fertilisation, community engagement and an independent voice for community organisations. The content and stories are excellent, accurate and relevant. A bonus has been that it has freed up the staffing resource to be redeployed to other priority projects. TRI’s professionalism and responsiveness make them a joy to work with.
